Global Freezing Ice Still Effecting Transportation

Global Freezing Weather Effects Transportation

The global freezing winter of 2009 – 2010 is still not over. In the Baltic Sea, off the coast of Sweden, over two dozen ships were reported to be blocked by thick ice. Transportation has come to a stop or slow down as ice breakers have come to the rescue of the ships. The cold is so bad that ice freezes over again almost as soon as it is broken up.

Rescue helicopters and military aircraft have been on standby to transport passengers if needed. Transportation came to a standstill in many areas of the eastern United States and even some southern states in the midst of one of the snowiest and coldest winters on record. Global freezing weather included many countries and a few continents.

Please, you don’t believe the cold weather is from global warming/climate change do you? Good , I knew there was still some common sense out there.
