Texas and Virginia are the latest of several states to sue the Environmental Protection Agency. The EPA is trying to use its power to force companies and states to submit to their carbon dioxide (co2) emission regulations. Texas Governor Rick Perry, Attorney General Greg Abbott and Agricultural Commissioner Todd Staples filed the lawsuit in Washington D.C. at the Court of Appeals.

The Obama Administration is believed to be behind the EPA, pushing expensive Cap & Trade legislation in a weak economy. Governor Perry announced, to his credit, the fact Texas produces so much wind power that Texas would be number four in the world if it was a country. Texas is number one in the USA in wind power production.

Billions of dollars of cost to the economy will be at stake if the EPA gets its way in their unrealistic demands of carbon dioxide emissions. What is so troubling is that the EPA and President Obama have relied on false information from the IPCC for their global warming agenda.

Sure we all want clean air – but we don’t want a destroyed economy in the process.
