The Copenhagen Climate Summit in Denmark was a fiasco. A good face is trying to be put on what was a disastrous result for climate change. China wants the United States to give them hundreds of millions of dollars to help them comply with pollution regulations while the United States has to still pay for our own regulations. Is this fair? We pay for ours AND their’s? So their was dissention between the U. S. and China. Actually, there was dissention between several industrialized nations and developing nations. Russia and the Ukraine had racked up hundreds of millions of dollars of carbon credits from years ago which they want to keep to profit from. The U.N. Copenhagen Summit wants new rules enacted to where their old credits don’t apply so Russia and Ukraine where asked to give up their credits. Fat chance.
Recent confiscated emails on prominent scientists changing global warming reports to deceive the world also brought shame to the Summit. You are talking about the entire world’s monetary system being effected by distorted reports on global warming. An email also used the word “trick”, meaning that they would pull a fast one on the scientific community. In turn from the scientific community these reports are filtered down to the public as fact. World leaders then make decisions on these so called facts that can effect employment, taxes, energy cost, the environment and more. What is nuts is that many of these leaders want to still make these life altering decisions with the distorted facts. The reason is because there is much more behind the climate change debate then meets the eye. Power. Mankind can become evil and deceitful when it comes to the love of money and power. Power over what? Power over you and I. Power over the world’s energy supply and demand. Power to raise taxes. The power to control money to try and bring the world to its knees. Power to enrich certain people and companies while enslaving others. Don’t believe it? Open your eyes.
